Meet our Founder, Tina Rusnak

Welcome to Axis41,

For two decades, I’ve been the person leaders call when systems stall, teams fracture, or transformations wobble. My unique skills that have brought success each time: bring clarity, structure, and alignment to environments in chaos — and make the why obvious so momentum follows.

And then I had to transform myself - again.

After years of balancing a beautiful, growing family, corporate demands and stop-start entrepreneurship, life cracked me open. In 2021 I ended an 18-year marriage. Burnout, over-functioning, and an unexpected,  late ADHD diagnosis in my 50s changed everything. It didn’t break me—it revealed me.

Student and Practitioner Since 2011

Long before it became a mainstream buzzword, I was already deep in study with the original teachings — trained and mentored by the most respected names in the field, and using the most advanced software available (Genetic Matrix). 

Since then, I’ve:

• Led hundreds of individual sessions
• Guided teams through energetic alignment
• Helped families find a healthier flow
• Blended Agile frameworks + energetic design to reveal deep blocks

I’m a 1/3 Emotional Manifesting Generator on the Right Angle Cross of the Unexpected — which means I’m built to lead through embodiment, to initiate breakthroughs, and to walk others through terrain I’ve tested myself. I’m also wired to bridge complexity and clarity: I translate big, layered ideas into clean explanations and timely guidance that people can apply immediately, without losing depth.
